Full terms and conditions are available at openairtheatre.com/terms.
Do you serve throughout the evening?
Most food is only served prior to the performance. Food service ends 15 minutes before the show's scheduled start time. However, on rare occasions, when demand is very high, we may need to stop hot food service earlier to ensure all those who have ordered receive their food. Cold food options are available up until the start time of the show, and in the interval.
To allow you sufficient time to take your seats, the bar staff are asked to stop serving 5 minutes prior to the performance. Drinks purchased from our bar may be taken into the auditorium but please note that food is not permitted in the auditorium.
Are food items nut-free?
We cannot guarantee that any of the items are nut-free. Please ask a member of staff for further details.
What time do the theatre gates open?
Theatre gates open 90 minutes prior to the performance. Exceptions apply - please check the performance schedule.
Is food available before every performance?
Food and drink is available before most performances, although some options can only be pre-ordered. The Grill and The Pizza Oven are available on the day. A bar service will be available before the performance. More information about Food and Drink.
Can I bring my own food to the theatre?
Although we would prefer you to purchase food and drink at the theatre as this revenue further supports our productions, you may bring your own picnic to eat on the picnic lawn or in Queen Mary's Gardens next to the box office in Regent's Park (please do not bring sharp knives). Hot food and open drinks (such as pints of beer) purchased elsewhere may not be brought onto the premises.
Those purchasing food may be given priority to tables at the theatre and, though drinks purchased from our bar may be taken into the auditorium, food is not permitted.
Do you accept cash payments?
Cash is not accepted at our venue. We do accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of Diners Club Cards.
If I have pre-ordered food, what happens if the performance is cancelled because of bad weather?
Food and drink purchased in advanced for consumption before the show is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as all pre-show orders will be available at the venue before any such cancellation is announced. Interval drink pre-orders placed at the venue will be refundable, provided they had not been prepared at the time of cancellation. Patrons will be required to present a receipt when claiming their refund.
I'd like to arrange some corporate hospitality. Who is the best person to speak to?
Please e-mail our Partnerships Team.
Do you have an environmental policy?
Regent's Park Theatre Ltd is committed to reducing its environmental impact and strives to identify renewable and recyclable alternatives across the organisation.
