HOW TO BOOK ACCESS TICKETS

We recommend booking access tickets over the phone where possible so our team can best assist you. Please call the Box Office on 0333 400 3562† to book your tickets.

Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] with your ticket requirements (please do not send us debit/credit card details by email). Please include details of how you wish us to contact you, and we will be in touch.

See the assisted performances for more information and schedule.
† Lines open Monday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm. 0333 numbers are charged at the same rate as calls to 01 and 02 numbers as regulated by Ofcom. Please check with your provider for further details.

ACCESS ONLINE SCHEME

If you book with us regularly, this scheme gives online access to those wishing to book for one of our assisted performances, and to customers booking wheelchair spaces (including a companion seat).

Complete the online form to join the Access Online scheme. Once registered, you will be able to book these tickets online at the access rate.

ACCESSIBILITY TOOLBAR

You can now enhance your visit to this website by using the accessibility toolbar, available to launch in the top right corner of the website. This toolbar enables you to change the colour scheme, text font style, size, colour and spacing. It also assists the reading of the site with five main tools: ruler, screen mask, magnifier and dictionary. In addition, the screen reader will read aloud website text.

SEATING

Due to the nature of our theatre, your choice of seats may be limited. We will offer you the most suitable seat for you and your companion, but will only charge you the cost of the least expensive seat in Row T for that performance. There are no discounts for shows with a flat price.

Row J is level access and a number of wheelchair spaces are available. Rows K – T are accessed via steep steps and not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Rows A – I in the lower tier are accessed by steps on a gentler incline. Seats on the far left of the auditorium (highest numbers) are likely shadier during a sunny afternoon performance. However, this will vary depending on the conditions on the day.

See the layout of our auditorium for more information.

GUIDE DOGS, HEARING DOGS & ASSISTANCE DOGS

Guide dogs, Hearing dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at the Open Air Theatre. Please let the box office know when booking your ticket so that we can arrange an aisle seat, or have someone at hand to take care of your dog. Some of our productions contain loud noises and bright lighting effects. If this is likely to upset your dog please ask for advice when booking your ticket.

FM ASSISTED LISTENING

An FM assisted listening system is available for people with hearing impairments. Please request a handset from the Box Office when booking.
