Please note, our weather exchange policy is valid for life. To exchange tickets for our 2025 season, please get back in touch following our announcement in January 2025.
On average, 94% of our performances are completed each season. In the event that the performance doesn't go ahead, or is abandoned due to bad weather, you can exchange your tickets for a future performance in our main summer season. No refunds are given. See our weather policy for full details. Sunday music and comedy events continue whatever the weather. All tickets are sold subject to our terms and conditions, including the weather policy.
The ticket exchange form will be available from January 2025.
