I can’t find my membership card / I haven’t been sent my membership card

Your Membership Card is digital. It will be sent to you via text message 24 hours before your visit to the theatre.

Your membership card will appear in the same link as your tickets: when you open the ticket link there will be a tab along the top of the screen where you will find your membership card.

If you order your membership separately to your tickets, your membership card will be in the ticket link for the next tickets you buy.

Your membership discount will be applied automatically when you buy tickets on your account.

What are the benefits of being a member?

Members get exclusive priority booking, and save across the season on tickets, programmes, and at the theatre bar:

  • Save £10 per ticket on our featured productions, including CATS (up to 6 tickets per production, price bands AA-C, excludes Monday and Saturday evening performances) *
  • Priority booking ahead of the general public
  • Discounts and offers on food and drink at the theatre
  • 20% discount on our production programmes

*Cannot be combined with any other discount or concession unless stated. Membership Priority Booking and Ticket Discounts apply only to performances at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre and cannot be used for performances of CATS at other venues.

Do members get discounts on tickets?

Yes. Annual members can save £10 per ticket on our featured productions (up to 6 tickets per production, price bands AA-C, excludes Monday and Saturday evening performances).

When is Priority Booking? How do I book?

Priority Booking will open ahead of each general on-sale, and we will email current Members with the next Priority Booking date in advance.

Priority Booking is an exclusive benefit for Annual Members. If you have an active Annual Membership, to book tickets with Priority Booking, all you need to do is log into your account and tickets will be available to purchase.

The dates for Priority Booking for the 2026 season will be announced along with the rest of the programme in January 2026.

How do I become a member?

You can purchase an Annual Membership online or by calling the Box Office on 0333 400 3562 *

*0333 numbers are charged at the same rate as calls to 01 and 02 numbers as regulated by Ofcom. Please check with your provider for further details.

Can I buy membership as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase Gift Memberships on our website. You can choose whether to receive the voucher yourself to pass along to the recipient or send it to them directly on a date of your choice along with a personalised message. The email will contain all the information they need and a unique code to activate the membership. They’ll have 12 months from the date of purchase to start the membership.

Is my membership considered a donation?

No – Annual Membership is a loyalty scheme that is subject to VAT and is not eligible for Gift Aid.

If you would like to make a donation to the theatre, you can join our patron scheme, Inner Circle, that starts at £250 a year. Inner Circle memberships include a benefit payment and a donation.

Alternatively, you can make a one-off donation to the theatre here.

Can I cancel my membership and receive a refund?

If you change your mind about becoming a Member, you may request a refund if you contact us within 14 days, provided you have not used any of the benefits associated with the membership. After this period, Memberships are not refundable unless agreed by us.
