TICKET FEES – MAIN THEATRE REPERTOIRE
Online: There is no booking fee for tickets purchased online via www.openairtheatre.com, for productions within the main theatre repertoire (excluding one-off MOREoutdoor music, comedy and film events, see below).
Telephone: A £1.80 per ticket booking fee applies to tickets purchased on the telephone.
In Person: There is no booking fee for tickets purchased in person at the Open Air Theatre box office in Regent’s Park.
By Post: A £1.80 per ticket booking fee applies to tickets purchased by post plus a £2.00 per transaction postage fee.
TICKET FEES – ONE-OFF MOREOUTDOOR MUSIC, COMEDY AND FILM EVENTS
Online & Telephone: A £1.80 per ticket booking fee applies to tickets purchased online and on the telephone.
In Person: There is no booking fee for tickets purchased in person at the Open Air Theatre box office in Regent’s Park.
By Post: A £1.80 per ticket booking fee applies to tickets purchased by post.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS
A £3.00 per ticket fee is charged for amending bookings.
ACCESS BOOKINGS
No booking fees apply to Access Bookings.
GROUP BOOKINGS

Online: There is no per-ticket booking or one-off transaction fee for groups of 10-20 purchased online.
Telephone: There is no per-ticket booking fee for groups purchased via the telephone. A one-off transaction fee of £4.50 applies.
DELIVERY CHARGES
E-Tickets: There is no charge for e-tickets.
Postage: A £2.00 postage and packing fee applies to tickets sent out in the post within the UK. Please note that tickets cannot be posted overseas.
In Person: There is no delivery charge for tickets purchased in person at the Open Air Theatre box office in Regent’s Park, or for tickets which, due to parameters set for specific discounts or concessions, can only be collected from the Open Air Theatre box office.
TICKET RE-SALE
In line with section 5.8.3 of our terms and conditions, we can accept tickets for resale but we will only attempt to resell them once a show is sold out and cannot guarantee that they will be resold. An administration charge of £3.00 per ticket will be made for each ticket successfully resold.
3RD PARTY TICKET AGENTS
Please note that we have no control over booking and transaction fees charged by 3rd party Ticket Agents. We would always recommend that customers purchase tickets directly with the theatre.
Official Ticket Agents are self-regulated by the Society of Ticket Agent and Retailers (S.T.A.R.), and customers are advised to check whether a Ticket Agent is a member of S.T.A.R. before purchasing tickets.
