Temporary York Bridge Closure

Due to the Royal Parks undertaking vital restoration work to York Bridge, the bridge will be closed throughout until 2026.

Alternative pedestrian routes are available via a temporary, illuminated pathway linking Marylebone Green to the Inner Circle and the northern part of York Bridge Road. Find a map for the alternate route on our website.

Age Restrictions

Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Please bring a form of ID as proof of age.

GETTING HERE

If you are a first time visitor, please allow plenty of time to find the theatre.

The closest tube station is Baker Street.

As we are located in a Royal Park, signposting is limited. We recommend that you plan your journey with tfl.gov.uk using postcode NW1 4NU as your destination. You can find us on what3words as hers.echo.mouse.

When queuing please open the text message we will send on the day of the performance with your tickets (see tickets).

You may be subject to additional security checks. Please note that only one bag per ticket holder, no larger than 36cm x 30cm x 50cm, will be allowed into the theatre grounds or auditorium. Cloakroom facilities are not available. During your visit please keep your belongings with you at all times.

TICKETS (IMPORTANT)

If you have provided us with a mobile number, we will send you a text with your mobile tickets prior to your visit.

The tickets can be saved to both apple and google wallets. We advise customer to do this where possible to ensure a swift entrance to the venue.

ABOUT THE VENUE

The site opens at 7pm with the support act starting at 7.45pm and headline act at 8.45pm. Final entry is at 9.30pm. Please plan your journey and allow plenty of time. There will be no admissions after the final entry time.

We encourage you to take and share photos and videos of your visit to the Open Air Theatre.

For the comfort of all our guests, the theatre grounds and auditorium are designated non-smoking. Vaping and use of e-cigarettes is not permitted in the auditorium.

FOOD AND DRINK

No alcohol purchased outside of the venue will be allowed on site.

We have a range of food and drink options, including pizza, burgers, hot dogs, alcoholic and soft drinks, various snacks and more. Food service is available from 7pm and ends once the support act has finished.

Please note, we are a cashless venue.

THE WEATHER

The auditorium is completely uncovered so please come prepared for all weather and temperatures, including a sun hat and water bottles (we have a water bottle refill station on site). Please note, umbrellas cannot be used in the auditorium.
