Contract: Temporary, fixed term contract, initially for nine months, from 3 September 2018
The Partnerships and Events Manager (Maternity Cover) sits within the Commercial Department, which also incorporates marketing, sales and visitor services. You will be responsible for meeting the financial targets set for Partnerships and Events, principally achieved from our Corporate Partnerships.
You will be responsible for managing and developing Corporate Partner relationships, facilitating and developing the BREEZE, Membership and Patrons’ Schemes and, supported by the Marketing and Partnerships Assistant, arrange ticketing and events for both Corporate and Media Partners. You will also manage the seating for Press Nights, supported by the Marketing and Partnerships Assistant.
To manage events effectively, a presence ‘on-the-floor’ is necessary, so some evening and weekend work is required, predominantly from May.
It is essential for the individual to be highly organised, responsive, self-motivated, able to work in a small team environment, and able to communicate with people at all levels.
