A rare chance to see this Hitchcock classic, The Birds is one of those films you have to see on the big screen where it belongs! Starring Tippi Hedren in her most famous role, it's the eerie story of a small Californian town where the resident birds start attacking humans for no apparent reason.

One of the films that earned the director his title of Master of Suspense, Hitchcock's unforgettable sound effects in the leafy setting of the Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre will make this a screening not to be missed.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of this classic film, there will be an exclusive introduction prior to the screening from Hitchcock's leading biographer, Tony Lee Moral, author of The Making of Hitchcock's The Birds.
