Celebrate the wonder of gardens in a glorious evening devised and performed by Alan Titchmarsh. What better place than Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre in Queen Mary’s Rose Garden to experience poetry by Tennyson, extracts from Beatrix Potter and a touch of nostalgia with Laurie Lee’s Cider With Rosie.
Alan is joined by virtuoso pianist Richard Sisson, soprano Rebecca Bottone and award-winning girls’ choir Cantores, with a selection of music perfect for a summer’s evening.
“The show is a mixture of humour, sentiment and music - all of it with a floral outdoor theme.” says Alan. “I hope folk will come away with a spring in their step and a smile on their face.”
* ticket prices include a £1.50 per ticket booking fee. No booking fee when booked in person at the box office.
