Can I combine discounts?

No, only one concession or discount can be applied per booking, although Groups pricing, when available, can be applied on top of preview pricing.

I want specific seat numbers. Can I book these online?

Yes. Our ticketing system enables you to select specific seats online, with the exception of events on the theatre lawn.

Will I get my tickets posted out to me?

All tickets purchased online will be print-at-home. If we have your mobile telephone number, we will also send you tickets by text message on the day of the performance, to remove the need for you to print your tickets at home. Tickets can be posted out if they are purchased by telephone (£2 postage fee). Some tickets will be held at the box office for collection prior to the performance where identification is required to claim a discount.

Is there a booking fee?

There is no fee when booking online. There is a £1.80 per ticket fee for all telephone bookings. Full details of our fees and charges can be found here.

Do you accept cash payments?

Cash is not accepted at our venue. We do accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of Diners Club Cards.
