The Visitor Services Supervisor (Box Office) assists and supports the Visitor Services Management Team in the efficient and effective delivery of the box office operation, including ticket sales, customer, education and ticket agent enquiries, as well as general administrative and recruitment support. You will also ensure that the site is clean and well-maintained and provides a safe and welcoming environment for our audience, staff and visitors.
Supervising the Visitor Services Assistants (Box Office), and working closely with all front line teams, you will ensure the highest levels of customer service and presentation whilst maximising sales and profitability.
