Working alongside the Visitor Services and Catering Management teams, the Visitor Service Assistants are responsible for providing knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional customer service to all visitors. You will ensure the safety and security of all users and visitors to Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre and maintain high standards of food safety and customer care at all times. The Visitor Services Assistants are responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and professional appearance of the whole site including but not limited to the auditoria, catering areas (front and back of house) and all Front of House areas.
