The Marketing and Partnerships Officer sits within the Commercial Department, which also incorporates Sales and Visitor Services. You will support the Head of Partnerships in developing the theatre’s Membership Schemes, Patrons’ Scheme, and Corporate Partners to meet the annual income targets. You will also support the Senior Marketing Officer in delivering the theatre’s marketing campaign and will have responsibility for co-ordinating Press Night invitations, acceptances and ticketing Press Night events.
You will be responsible for ensuring that partnership events are set up to the highest standards and, although you will not be required to be present for the duration of all partnership events, you will meet the operational needs of your role outside of your office working hours, including an on-the-floor presence at events when required.
It is essential for the individual to be highly organised, responsive, self-motivated, and able to communicate with people at all levels.
