Contract: Permanent, full‐time, year round
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Head of Catering is responsible for maximising the service, presentation, profitability and ongoing development of the theatre’s bar and catering operation, recruiting, managing and training all staff for which they are responsible (a permanent Head Chef and a seasonal team of staff including a Deputy Catering Manager, Chefs, Supervisors and catering assistants.).
